Code of Conduct

The Data Controller declares to have adhered to a binding and certificative code of conduct related to data processing as established in the 40 and 42 GDPR articles.

Processing purposes

1. To follow up the activities of presales and commercial support requested by the subject.
2. To manage, conclude and perform the contractual agreement between the parties, including every type of fulfillment related to fiscal and accounting obligations.
3. To manage and perform the support and services providing requests of the interested party even through communication to third parties.
4. Data coming from implicit transmission in the use of the Internet protocols of communication, through data processing necessary for identifying users, IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users that visit the website, including the request time, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response. These data are only collected in an aggregate form, with the purpose of verifying the correct website working, and for security reasons only used to get anonymous, statistical information on the website use or for technical reasons of correct operation.

• We declare that, after 24 months by the end of the contractual obligations or the pre-sales and commercial activities requested, we shall remove the personal data not differently necessary for the mandatory legislation.
